Richard Forde-Johnston
Richard excels at creating sales teams and infrastructures across the public, private and voluntary sectors in a range of markets. He has a depth of sales leadership experience, having headed and developed sales territories for the likes of Vodafone right through to SMEs and owner entrepreneurs. Richard has delivered sales and infrastructure in everything from commercialisation projects to contract negotiation teams and has led the way on licensed intellectual property deals and complex framework agreement closure. Whether product, service, contract or concept, Richard builds teams to sell it!

Richard’s other passion is putting together collaborative and success-oriented sales strategies with an intrinsically supportive culture at the back-end to ensure he achieves the very best results possible for client organisations, their people and their customers. Having successfully delivered on a number of high-value, multi-stakeholder projects in the past, he has significant and relevant experience of many sectors and, more importantly, of the kind of people and infrastructures required to win business and quickly grow hungry organisations into powerhouses in their field. Davina Carey-Evans
Born and bred in Criccieth, Davina Carey-Evans returned to Wales after making a prominent name for herself publishing quality consumer magazines in Europe. Sound contacts within the Welsh media and business network and close working relations with the nation’s best photographers, designers and PR practitioners enabled her to set-up a dedicated marketing communications agency.

Davina’s expertise also extends to co-ordinating every aspect of large-scale events and projects from logistics and management to marketing and sponsorship.  Previous projects include The Llangollen Food Festival, the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod and the All Wales Boat Show.

Clare Whitehouse
A high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven individual, Clare Whitehouse approaches each new business challenge with her intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements for clients.  Having gained a degree in Business Consulting Clare’s goal was to complement her natural technical sales skills with a strong foundation in business & finance. Prior to that, she was responsible for recruiting, developing and training sales teams in the UK.

She is able to help new clients use ROI models and cash flow forecasts so they can gain the relevant information to make decisions for themselves in the future.  Clare feels that enabling clients to make their own decisions is empowering and helps them build their own success. She is recognised by senior management and business people from various macro and micro environments as someone who is comfortable operating at board level yet they have also witnessed that she considers all views and perceptions – a relationship sensitive yet target-driven approach.

Paul Norman
Paul has been involved in all aspects of commercial property development over the last 30 years. He has worked for surveyors, Hamptons and Chestertons in London and Overseas and also was a Development Director for London and Metropolitan. He was a Director of Liberty Properties PLC for 20 years, specialising in regeneration and brown field redevelopment projects throughout the UK. He established Hatrick Property two years ago, advising clients on investment and development projects and helping them come to fruition. Paul also provides business management consultancy services as part of his wider portfolio.
